How do I place an order?


Orders can be placed by clicking the Order Now button found at the top of every page. Once you have selected your preferred color, proceed by clicking "Add to cart". From there, go to your cart and select a payment method and shipping preference. Once the payment goes through you will receive an email confirmation.




How do I cancel/edit my order?


Canceling and editing orders can be done only if the item has not been shipped yet. If you would like to cancel or edit an order, please contact us through live chat or email.




What kind of payments do you accept?


Currently, we accept all major card providers, in addition to Paypal, and Alipay Global.

What countries does BlueSmart mia ship to?


We currently only ship within the US and Canada.




What type of shipping method will you use?


In most cases, Standard shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping will either be USPS Priority Mail, or UPS/FedEx equivalent. If you need special shipping arrangements, leave a note in your order or email us at support@bluesmartmia.com




When can I expect the package to arrive?


Standard shipping 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping 2-3 business days.




How do I track my order?


Once your item has been shipped, you can track your order by checking your email for the shipment notification with your tracking number. If you cannot find the email, please contact us through live chat or email.





Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What are BlueSmart mia's return, exchange, and refund policies?


Return and Refund Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may send it back and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Product(s) returned directly to BlueSmart mia must have been originally purchased from our website www.waddlechild.com. Any product(s) purchased from any other retailer and/or website must be returned to their original purchase location and are subject to the retailer’s and/or website’s return policy. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returning of their product(s) and assume all risk of loss or damages when shipping your return to BlueSmart mia. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. What if my refund is late or missing?


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bluesmartmia.com.




How soon will I get my refund?


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. How do I return an item?

Are there any charges for a return?


There are no charges for a return, however, you are responsible for return shipping costs (except if the item is defective). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
